SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK-UP

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. However, during launches, promotions, and public holidays, this may be extend.  Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. 

SOLID COLLECTIVE is not responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced parcels once they have left our warehouse.

Local Pickup- Solid Collective offers free pick up from 'Kerang, Victoria' at Gravity Clothing - 63 Victoria Street, Kerang, VIC 3579. 

When placing an order please select PICK-UP location. Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive a pick up notification via email, notifying you its available for collection. Please note *sometimes the notification email will be sent to your "junk" inbox.  

It is the customers responsibility to pick-up their items once fulfilled. If the buyer is no longer able to pick up from chosen location, it will be their responsibility to pay for postage. 

Solid Collective DOES NOT OFFER delivery and pick-up location is fixed.
